All profiles are due three weeks before the event date. The only exception to this would be if you have booked an Associate Videographer. To access these profiles, head to your Bellagala Account or visit the following article: How to Fill Out Your Event Detail Profiles
If an Associate Videographer is booked, we suggest filling out the profile three months before the event date to help our Videography Manager assign you to a videographer who will match best with your wants.
If you have clicked 'Submit', you are still able to continue making edits your profiles, up until the due date! If you make changes to your profile after the due date, it is not guaranteed that your artist will see the change.
