Why doesn't my gallery download link work?

Your download link may have expired, or you may need to copy the download link into your browser.

When you click the "Download All" button on your photo gallery, you should receive a download link via email from our gallery hosts "Extra." Keep in mind this email has ended up in spam folders occasionally for some couples.

The download link does expire after a few days so I recommend downloading immediately when you receive your email. You should be able to click the link in your email, and your full gallery will download as a zip file.

If you click the download link and nothing happens, your link may have expired. Please log back into your photo gallery and click the "Download All" button again.

If clicking on the link just brings you to your gallery instead of starting the download, follow these steps:

Right click on the download link in your email
Select "Copy Link Address"
Paste this link into a new browser tab's URL bar.
Hit enter and your download should begin.
