      When will I hear from my DJ?

      When you will receive your initial contact from your DJ depends on which package you have booked. 

      • Associate Level DJ
        • The DJ will be assigned 30 days prior to your event date by Bellagala's DJ Manager.
        • In order to help the DJ Manager pair you with a DJ who will match well for you, please be sure to fill out the Disc Jockey, Event Details and Music Listening Center profiles as soon as possible.
          • This same information will be valuable to prepare your DJ before the initial phone consultation.
      • Studio Select DJ
        • The DJ will be assigned by Bellagala's DJ Manager.
          • In order to help the DJ Manager pair you with a DJ who will match well for you, please be sure to fill out the Disc Jockey, Event Details and Music Listening Center profiles as soon as possible.
        • Your Studio Select DJ will reach out to you 90 days prior to your event date.
      • Studio/Echelon Level DJ
        • The DJ will be selected by you at the time of booking.
        • The DJ will reach out within one week of the booking.
