What to do if I need to cancel my services?

Email clientservices@bellagala.com to inform us of your cancellation.

Canceling within 14 days of booking date:

  • If you choose to cancel within 14 days of booking, you are able to receive a full refund of your deposited amount. Your 14 days starts on the date that your deposit is placed. If you are a floral client, your 14 day refundable period starts the day you receive your first contract draft. 
  • Once we have your cancelation email, we will submit a refund request to our finance department and you will receive your refund by mail within 5-10 business days. 
  • To cancel, email clientservices@bellagala.com with your cancelation request. Please include the following verbiage with your personal information:

I, (INSERT CLIENT 1 FIRST & LAST NAME AND CLIENT 2 FIRST & LAST NAME) release Bellagala of all contractual obligations for (INSERT EVENT DATE).

Canceling after the 14-day refundable period to 5 months out from your event date:

(DATE)

I, (INSERT CLIENT 1 FIRST & LAST NAME AND CLIENT 2 FIRST & LAST NAME) release Bellagala of all contractual obligations for (INSERT EVENT DATE).

Signed, (CLIENT NAME)

  • Once we have that verbiage, we will be able to release you of your contract with Bellagala. Please do read your contract very carefully about monetary details.  

 

Canceling within 21 days of event date:

(DATE)

I, (INSERT CLIENT 1 FIRST & LAST NAME AND CLIENT 2 FIRST & LAST NAME) release Bellagala of all contractual obligations for (INSERT EVENT DATE).

  • Per the contract under section 7, “In the case that the client cancels their event within 21 days of the contracted event date, the Client is responsible for the contracts fee in full."
  • However, you do have a postponement clause in your contract that states you have up to one year to select a new date (the date does not have to be in the next 12 months.)
