Canceling within 14 days of booking date:
- If you choose to cancel within 14 days of booking, you are able to receive a full refund of your deposited amount. Your 14 days starts on the date that your deposit is placed. If you are a floral client, your 14 day refundable period starts the day you receive your first floral quote, up to 60 days.
- Once we have your cancelation email, we will submit a refund request to our finance department and you will receive your refund by mail within 5-10 business days.
- To cancel, email clientservices@bellagala.com with your cancelation request. Please include the following verbiage with your personal information:

Canceling after the 14-day refundable period to 90 days from your event date:
- Email clientservices@bellagala.com with your cancelation request. Please include the following verbiage with your personal information:

I, (INSERT CLIENT 1 FIRST & LAST NAME AND CLIENT 2 FIRST & LAST NAME) release Bellagala of all contractual obligations for (INSERT EVENT DATE).

- Once we have that verbiage, we will be able to release you of your contract with Bellagala. Please do read your contract very carefully about monetary details.
Please note that you will be responsible for 50% of your contracted amount.
Canceling within 45 days of event date:
- Email clientservices@bellagala.com with your cancelation request. Please include the following verbiage with your personal information:
