What is a Day of Rehearsal?

Your rehearsal will take place on the day of your event. Typically, rehearsals will take about 20-30 minutes and will be built into your timeline.

Your venue coordinator will lead the rehearsal and will explain your day to the group, show them where to stand, how (and in what order) to walk in and out of the ceremony, and answer any questions you may have.

Often the bride DOES NOT attend the ceremony rehearsal.

Typically the rehearsal goes well when the following people are present: Groom, Best Man, Maid of Honor, Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, Flower Girl, Ring Bearer, Ushers, & Parents of the Couple.

Why are Day of Rehearsals the best?

Thanks for asking! We love day of rehearsals for the following reasons:

  1. Your Wedding Party and family will ALL be present!
  2. Your Wedding Party has their game faces on! They will pay closer attention and this will help take away ceremony jitters later!
  3. This is one less stop on your wedding weekend! It leaves more time for you to spend quality time with your close friends and family before the BIG day!
