Day of Venue Coordinator:
You will have an expert Van Dusen Venue Coordinator with you from the time you arrive until you are seated for dinner.
The coordinator will run your rehearsal, line everyone up for the ceremony, coordinate with vendors as they arrive at the venue, assist with set up of event decor, move your gifts into a secure closet and manage time throughout the day so event runs smoothly and according to plan.
Event Assistants:
The Event Assistants will be at the venue before your ceremony until you move to the Carriage House. They ensure a smooth transition of the Day of Venue Coordinator leaving and the Night Lead taking over. They will keep the venue tidy as you and your guests enjoy the different spaces and will guide the guest flow from space to space.
Night Lead:
The Night Lead arrives when guests move to dinner and are with you until the event conclusion. They take over as the go-to venue contact to keep your event running smoothly. They will make sure that your event is safe and take care that you leave with all the items you came in with.
