HOW MUCH INPUT DO I HAVE IN THE FINAL PRODUCT?

Prior to your event you will fill out a profile that covers content, style, music style and effects that will be included in your final video. Our video editing team will take all these details into account when creating your highlight video.

 

CAN I SELECT THE SONG FOR MY VIDEO?

We work with only royalty free music to incorporate into the final video. This allows you to be able to share and save your video to any social media platforms without the risk of it being taken down. You can select the style and genre of music and our editing team will pair you with the best song for your preferences.

 

HOW WILL MY VIDEOGRAPHER BE ASSIGNED?

Through your online account manager, you can fill out a videographer profile that outlines key shots, timeline, and interaction level from your videographer. Our video team will use this information to match you with the videographer that best fits your style and preferences for your big day. Your associate videographer will then reach out 90 days prior to your event to start the planning process.

 

WHEN WILL WE HEAR FROM OUR VIDEOGRAPHER?

After a meeting or call with our experienced wedding consultants, we will help facilitate matching you with a videographer. Our team is knowledgeable and can help guide you through and provide insight to personality, style and overall fit for your day. Your videographer will then reach out to begin planning for your big day 90 days out from the wedding date!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET OUR VIDEO?

Your digital delivery will be ready eight to ten weeks after your event date, provided your Videography Profile is complete.

  

HOW WILL MY VIDEO BE DELIVERED?

Eight to ten weeks after your event day, we will send you a link to download your video. This link is active for 120 days and can be shared with family and friends via social media. You can download the video directly to your computer or laptop to keep for years to come!

 

DOES THE DEPOSIT GO TOWARDS THE FINAL BALANCE?

Yes! Your deposit goes toward your total service package and is fully refundable for 14 days.
