      How do we order our photo album?

      On your Client Account Manager

      Step 1: Account Access
      1. Log In: Visit the Bellagala Client Account Manager. Use your account credentials, this should have been set up when you initially booked with us.

      Step 2: Accessing the Album Order Form
      1. Find the Form: After logging in, locate and click on the "Album Order Form" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
       
      Step 3: Filling Out the Form
      1. Personalization Options:
        • Choose if you'd like your names on the cover.
        • Select your preferred font.
        • Decide if you want your wedding date on the cover.
      2. Album Size:
        • Standard Sizes: 8x8, 8x12, 12x8, 9.5x9.5.
        • Upgraded Sizes: 9.5x13, 13x9.5, 12x12.
      3. Additional Choices:
        • Select the gobox (storage display case) and its color.
        • Choose the color of the book and the page color (white or black).
       
      Step 4: Uploading Images
      1. Cover Image:
        • Upload your chosen cover photo/image using the designated uploader.
      2. Internal Album Images:
        • Standard package allows for 40 images of your choosing.
        • For additional images, an extra charge of $20 per spread applies.
        • Use the "Design by Bellagala" option to let our team select the images for you.
       
      Step 5: Selecting Add-Ons
      1. Parent Copies:
        • Options include one 8x12 copy, two 6x8 copies, and four 4x5 copies.
      2. Additional Copies:
        • Order additional copies in your selected album size.
       
      Step 6: Shipping Information
      1. Provide Shipping Details: Fill in where you want the album shipped after printing.
       
      Step 7: Submitting Your Order
      1. Finalize Your Order: Review your selections and submit the order using the button at the bottom of the form. Note: Submitting the order incurs no charges. Any additional costs will be discussed with a Bellagala representative.
