Host or guest unable to join a Vibo event

Once you have an event invitation link, and you can't seem to join your event please try the following to join.

  1. If you have an ad block on your WiFi or aren't sure if you do, turn off your WiFi and click on the invite link again with your cell data.
  2. if you have an ad blocker on your phone, turn it off temporarily and click on the link again.
  3. If you are using a default browser that is not native to your phone (such as FireFox) this may cause a problem. If this is the case try switching back to your default browser (Chrome or Safari).
  4. If steps 1-3 didn't work, please try clicking on the same link from your computer (with Chrome or Safari browsers). Once you join from the web, the event will also appear on the app under the same login account.
