Changing or resetting your Vibo password

This article provides tips & instructions on how to change or reset a password.

For security reasons, we can't change your password for you. However, we're here to help you with the process. Here are a few tips to help you change or reset your password:

  1. If you're using a Google (including G-Suite) or Apple login, you can use those to log in.
  2. To change your password, go to the settings tab on the web or mobile app and click on "change password."
  3. If you've forgotten your password, click on "forgot password" when logging in on the web or mobile app and enter your email.
  4. If you're not getting a reset password email, please try and clear the cache on your browser.
